Accessibility Statement - iOS Pathé Mobile Application

Pathé is committed to making its websites, intranet, extranet, software, mobile applications, and digital urban furniture accessible in compliance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 dated February 11, 2005.

To this end, Pathé undertakes to publish its multi-annual accessibility plan and action plans shortly.

This accessibility statement applies to the iOS Pathé mobile application.

Compliance Status

The iOS Pathé mobile application is not compliant with the Accessibility Reference for Mobile Applications (RAAM), version 1.1, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Test Results

The compliance audit conducted by Ethic First reveals that 26.19% of the RAAM version 1.1 criteria are met.

Non-accessible Content

Non-compliances:

  • Missing alternatives: Graphic elements necessary for understanding lack accessible alternatives for assistive technologies.
  • Non-relevant alternatives: Some graphical elements have alternatives that are non-pertinent.
  • Color reliance: Key information (such as states, active menus, or views) is only perceivable through color.
  • Low contrast: Text-background contrast is insufficient in several interface sections.
  • Interface contrast issues: Inadequate contrast ratios between interface components and backgrounds.
  • Video media: Pre-recorded videos lack accessible alternatives.
  • Subtitles issues: Pre-recorded synchronized media lack subtitles or have non-relevant subtitles.
  • Content identification: Pre-recorded media are not identified through adjacent text content.
  • Interactive elements issues: Buttons, links, modals, and carousels lack relevant labels or are not properly defined as buttons, complicating usage for assistive technologies.
  • Keyboard navigation: Interface components like buttons, modals, and carousels are not controllable via keyboard.
  • Context changes: Navigation context changes occur without user notification.
  • Status messages: Not provided to assistive technologies.
  • Language settings: Text is not always read in the primary language of the screen.
  • Improper text content: Some textual content appears as interactive elements.
  • Structural issues: Information is not consistently organized with headers. Identical elements (such as buttons) are not structured in lists.
  • Zoom issues: Text truncation or overlapping occurs under 200% zoom.
  • Focus settings: Keyboard focus settings are not adhered to in certain views.
  • Information reliance: Information is only provided through shape, size, or position.
  • Form labels: Labels for fields in forms are not accessible to assistive technologies.
  • Form grouping: Fields of similar nature in forms are not grouped.
  • Mandatory fields: The required fields are not visibly marked or identified by assistive technologies.
  • Expected input format: Expected data formats are not provided to assistive technologies during focus.
  • Error handling: Form input errors are not adequately communicated by assistive technologies.
  • Input suggestions: Forms do not always suggest the expected type or format of input.
  • Autocomplete issues: Facilitated data completion is not always enabled for personal user data.
  • Tab order: Tab navigation order is not systematically consistent.
  • Orientation limitation: Content is not viewable in landscape mode.
  • Gesture activation: Not all gestures are activatable in a simplified manner.
